According to the app of Securities Times, on June 5, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Filing Notice on the Overseas Listing and Domestic Unlisted Shares of Zhejiang Shima Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. 'Full Circulation'". Shima Pharmaceutical plans to issue no more than 56,049,800 overseas listed common shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company's 28 shareholders plan to convert a total of 184,494,910 domestic unlisted shares into overseas listed shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for circulation.
