Gartner's senior research director Li Bin gave a presentation on the theme of "The Impact of AI on Enterprise IT by 2030." Li Bin stated that by 2025, around 20% of IT tasks will be completed with the assistance of AI, and by 2030, it is expected that 100% of IT tasks will be completed with AI assistance. Facing the common pain point of high investment and unclear returns in the "AI + IT" transformation that many enterprises are experiencing, Li Bin believes that the lack of explicit value of AI is a common phenomenon. 80% to 90% of technology investments in enterprises do not directly bring revenue or new businesses, but rather focus on improving and optimizing core business capabilities.
