Standard & Poor's: Confirms LiFen's "BB" long-term issuer credit rating and stable outlook

On June 5, Standard & Poor's confirmed the "BB" long-term issuer credit rating of Li & Fung Limited (abbreviated as "Li Fung"). At the same time, Standard & Poor's also confirmed the "BB" long-term issuance rating (recovery rating "3") of the company's senior unsecured notes and the "B" long-term issuance rating of its subordinated perpetual hybrid securities.
