Beijing Technology: Suggest implementing full circulation of H-shares and filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Beijing Technologies announced in a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing that, based on guidelines and considering the intentions received from its shareholders, approved by the company's board of directors, the company has submitted an application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission on June 5, 2026 to convert a total of 867,509,196 shares of domestically unlisted shares held by some shareholders of the company at a one-to-one ratio into the company's H shares.
