Universal Canada and Beijing Explorer Aviation signed a total agreement for the purchase of PT6A engines.

On June 5th, according to Pratt & Whitney, Pratt & Whitney Canada and Beijing Explorer Aviation recently signed a total agreement for the purchase of PT6A engines, which will provide power for their Tianxing YM-16 single-engine turboprop aircraft. Pratt & Whitney explained that currently there are approximately 450 PT6A engines in service in China, used for various general aviation turboprop aircraft, including Cessna Grand Caravan, Daher Kodiak 100, and Pilatus PC-12 aircraft.
