BYD Insurance has been approved in Hebei and other areas for mandatory motor vehicle accident liability insurance terms and rates.

The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission issued a reply on the compulsory motor vehicle traffic accident liability insurance terms and rates of BYD Property Insurance Co., Ltd. in Hebei and other regions, approving the company to use the standardized national liability insurance terms, basic insurance rates, and corresponding rate floating coefficients in Hebei, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang regions.
