The website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission disclosed that "Yabo Doctor Medical Holdings Group Co., Ltd." applied for guidance and registration for initial public offering of shares and listing on June 4, 2026 at the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau, with Dongwu Securities as the guiding securities firm. The guidance filing report shows that the major shareholders of Yabo Doctor are Chen Guofeng, Liu Mingfei, and You Zongming, holding 27.95%, 14.46%, and 14.14% of the company's shares respectively.
