The number of private securities products approved in the first five months increased by nearly 50% year-on-year.

According to Securities Daily, the number of private equity securities products that have been filed for this year has significantly increased. The latest statistics from Private Placement Network show that in the first five months, a total of 6530 private equity securities products have been filed across the market, a 49.15% increase from the 4378 filed during the same period last year. Stock strategies continue to be the main focus of filings. With the trading activity in the A-share market steadily increasing, a total of 4222 stock strategy private equity products have been filed in the first five months, a 51.11% year-on-year increase, accounting for nearly 65% of all filed private equity securities products. Among them, index enhancement strategies have become a highlight of growth in stock strategy private equity products, with continuous increase in filing popularity. In the first five months, a total of 1603 index enhancement private equity products have been filed across the market, a 73.30% year-on-year increase, accounting for 37.97% of the total number of filed stock strategy products.
