The yield on UK government bonds fell by more than 3 basis points across the board.

In the European market at the end of trading on Thursday, the yield on 10-year UK government bonds fell by 3.3 basis points to 4.898%, remaining in a downward trend all day. A significant downward trend began at 19:00 Beijing time, with a low of 4.881% reached at 20:08. The yield on 2-year UK bonds dropped by 3.9 basis points to 4.333%, also hitting a daily low of 4.317% at 20:08. The yield on 30-year UK bonds decreased by 3.3 basis points, while the yield on 50-year UK bonds also fell by 3.3 basis points. The yield spread between 2-year and 10-year UK bonds increased by 0.701 basis points to +56.491 basis points.
