The largest wind turbine unit with a single capacity in CGN has completed installation.

Recently, the first 18 MW super large offshore wind turbine of the 100 MW Offshore Wind Power Project in Fangshi II, Guangdong, Yangjiang, of China General Nuclear Power Corporation (CGN) was successfully installed. Upon completion of this project, it will realize the large-scale application of 18 MW offshore wind turbines in China, effectively promoting the domestic offshore wind power industry to accelerate towards a new stage of development characterized by high capacity, high efficiency, and low cost. The 18 MW super large offshore wind turbine installed this time is the largest wind turbine unit in terms of single capacity among the projects under construction and operation by CGN.
