The monitoring data from the Zhongzhi Research Institute shows that after the "small spring" period, the number of newly listed second-hand houses continues to decline, and the seller's expectations for second-hand houses are stabilizing. In May, the key 25 cities added 120,000 new listings for second-hand houses, a decrease of about 41% compared to the previous year. As of the end of April, the total number of listed second-hand houses in the key 25 cities was 2.13 million, a decrease of 1.6% compared to the previous month, and a 4.3% drop from the peak in October last year.
