Middle Finger Research Institute: Second-hand housing listings continue to decline in key cities, and sellers' expectations are stabilizing.
The monitoring data from the Zhongzhi Research Institute shows that after the "small spring" period, the number of newly listed second-hand houses continues to decline, and the seller's expectations for second-hand houses are stabilizing. In May, the key 25 cities added 120,000 new listings for second-hand houses, a decrease of about 41% compared to the previous year. As of the end of April, the total number of listed second-hand houses in the key 25 cities was 2.13 million, a decrease of 1.6% compared to the previous month, and a 4.3% drop from the peak in October last year.
