According to the QCC APP, recently, Jiangsu Kunwei Electric Co., Ltd. was established, with Jiang Zhongjin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes manufacturing of transformers, rectifiers, and inductors; research and development of high-efficiency and energy-saving technologies in the power industry; sales of monitoring and control equipment for power transmission and distribution. Equity penetration data from QCC shows that the company is fully owned by Wuxi Power Transformer Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shuangjie Electric.
