According to the schedule of the US State Department, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will meet with Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Jarrah at the State Department on Thursday. As a staunch ally of the United States and home to thousands of American troops, Kuwait has become a key target for Iran since the ceasefire between the US and Iran took effect on April 8, with about six attacks in the past two months.
