Shanghai Electromechanical and Agile Intelligence have established two new joint venture companies, both of which include AI business.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently two companies, Lingji Yidong Technology Co., Ltd. and Lingji Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd., have been established. Their business scopes include: sales of artificial intelligence hardware; production and assembly of prostheses and orthotics; development of artificial intelligence basic software; integration services for artificial intelligence industry applications, etc. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that both companies are jointly held by Shanghai Mechanical and Electrical and Zhejiang Lingqiao Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
