The world's largest offshore converter station "Heart of the Sea Breeze" will conduct offshore installation operations.

After more than 1000 nautical miles of sea transportation, the world's largest offshore converter station, "Heart of the Sea Breeze," has arrived in the installation area of the Qingzhou offshore wind farm in Yangjiang, Guangdong. Today, the installation of the floating platform will begin. The "Heart of the Sea Breeze" is the world's first 500 kV/2000 MW flexible DC offshore converter station, with a plane area close to a standard football field, a height of approximately 15 stories, and a weight of 25,000 tons. Due to its weight far exceeding the lifting capacity of domestic ships and machinery, international advanced integrated floating platform installation technology will be used for the operation.
