5100 Glacier (01115.HK): Lu Weixiong resigns as an independent non-executive director

Wisdom Financial News APP reported that 5100 Glacier Holdings (01115.HK) announced that according to Article 84(1) of the company's Articles of Association, independent non-executive director Mr. Lu Weixiong will retire at the company's upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders on June 26, 2026. Mr. Lu has informed the board of directors that he wishes to allocate more time to other affairs and responsibilities, and therefore will not seek re-election at the annual general meeting. As a result, at the conclusion of the annual general meeting, Mr. Lu will no longer serve as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the company's audit committee, and nomination committee, as well as a member of the company's remuneration committee and risk management committee.
