On June 2nd, in response to the recent exposure of some poor-quality mosquito repellent products on CCTV, Kuihua Pharmaceutical Group released a statement stating that the company has never produced, sold, or authorized any mosquito repellent products, and mosquito/anti-mosquito products are not within the company's scope of operations. Kuihua Pharmaceutical stated that the company is a large pharmaceutical enterprise group focusing on traditional Chinese medicine, covering research and development, manufacturing, and marketing of chemical drugs, biological drugs, and health products. The mosquito repellent products under the brand "Kuihua" mentioned in reports and the market are registered by Guangdong Bannerman Health Industry Co., Ltd. This company has no equity relationship, affiliation, or business cooperation with Kuizhua Pharmaceutical. Their trademark authorization, product production, and sales activities are independent commercial activities and have no relation to Kuizhua Pharmaceutical. Kuizhua Pharmaceutical emphasized that their legally held and used main trademarks are "Kuihua" and "Xiaokuihua". Not all products labeled with the "Kuihua" name are produced by Kuizhua Pharmaceutical. The infringing products often deliberately use similar "Kuihua" Chinese characters, but there are obvious differences in font, layout, and visual system compared to the genuine products. Any products with the "Kuihua" or "Xiaokuihua" characters in ordinary Song font or artistic variants are not produced by Kuizhua Pharmaceutical.
