The "Industrial and Other Industrial Land Supply Management Measures of Shenzhen City" revised by the Shenzhen Urban Planning and Natural Resources Bureau will be implemented starting on May 7, 2026. Recently, the Bureau held a policy promotion meeting to explain the key points of the new policy to enterprises. It will improve the supply system by including land for transportation, public facilities, and other facilities related to industrial projects in the policy scope, further adapting to the needs of new economic formats such as low-altitude economy and supercharged economy. The maximum term for new industrial land supply will not exceed 30 years, achieving full coverage of flexible terms; high-quality industrial space and innovative industrial buildings that were previously only for rent and not for sale will now be unified as versatile industrial buildings that can be rented or purchased. It will also facilitate the flow of resources, allowing various types of industrial space resources to circulate under the premise of the unchanged use, clarify the price and funding arrangements for the government's acquisition of industrial land, and provide diversified paths for some members to exit joint land acquisition projects.
