The State Copyright Administration and four other departments have launched the "Sword Net 2026" special action.

On May 22, the National Copyright Administration, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Office of the Cyberspace Administration of China jointly launched the "Sword Net 2026" special action to combat online infringement and piracy. This is the 22nd time that these four departments have focused on key works and key online platforms to carry out special governance work. This special action will be conducted from June to November, focusing on addressing the strong concerns of the people regarding online infringement and piracy issues, as well as the demands of economic and social development. It will continue to deepen the special governance of online copyright, regulate the order of online copyright dissemination, and empower the development of new quality production forces.
