National special action for improving the quality and efficiency of juvenile assistance and protection institutions launched
Today, the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued a notice, deciding to launch a special action of "improving quality and efficiency" for child rescue and protection institutions nationwide, lasting for six months and then continuing on a regular basis. The goal is very clear, which is to implement the "Interim Measures for the Management of Child Rescue and Protection Institutions" officially implemented on April 1 this year, so that child rescue and protection institutions can truly become the "main battlefield" for serving disadvantaged minors. The notice explicitly puts forward six major actions and multiple time points, and a safety net for protecting disadvantaged minors is being fully deployed.
