President Xi: The volume of trade within the Eurasian Economic Union will exceed one trillion US dollars this year.

Kazakhstan President Tokayev said on the 29th that the Eurasian Economic Union is maintaining a good development momentum, with the intra-union trade expected to increase by 6% year-on-year this year, surpassing $100 billion. The meeting of the Supreme Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission was held in Astana on the 29th, chaired and addressed by Tokayev. He said that in order to enhance internal stability within the union, deepen economic integration, and increase competitiveness, the Eurasian Economic Union will prioritize strengthening digital integration, building a digital Eurasian transport corridor, achieving digital transformation in industry and agriculture, and vigorously developing artificial intelligence.
