Technology sector ETFs rose by over 2.2%, leading the US stock industry ETFs. Semiconductor ETFs have accumulated a total increase of over 66% in May.

On Friday, the technology industry ETF rose 2.23%, while global technology stock index ETF and internet stock index ETF both rose at least 1.61%. The semiconductor ETF fell by 0.15%, the consumer discretionary ETF dropped by 0.97%, and the energy industry ETF declined by 1.11%. From January to May, the semiconductor ETF surged by 66.31%, while the global technology stock index ETF, technology industry ETF, and energy industry ETF all rose by at least 26.79%. The healthcare industry ETF, however, experienced a cumulative decline of 3.05%, and the financial industry ETF dropped by 5.34%.
