Recently, reporters found that four local banks in Hebei Province, Langfang Bank, Cangzhou Bank, Baoding Bank, and Handan Bank, have set access thresholds for their official websites' annual report viewing channels, effectively "locking" the previously publicly disclosed annual reports. When reporters logged into the official websites of the four banks, they found that some banks required visitors to provide personal detailed information before they could access the reports, and some banks had malfunctioning verification functions and slow loading pages, making it difficult for the public and institutional investors to easily access the annual report information, contradicting the regulatory requirements for commercial banks to disclose information openly and transparently.
