BYD and Huifeng Diamond continuously deepen their cooperation in diamond thermal management applications.

Recently, a delegation from BYD Company visited Huifeng Diamond for inspection and exchange, reaching a deep cooperation intention on further developing the joint laboratory established in 2020 and the research and industrial application of diamond thermal materials. Both sides will focus on diamond thermal application research, high reliability packaging process development, and upgrading of new electronic materials based on the joint laboratory. During the discussion, both parties had in-depth exchanges, and it is expected that the cooperation project will complete the pilot line construction within the year, achieving mass production support. In the future, both parties will continue to explore more new material extension application scenarios and build a more cross-border innovative ecosystem.
