Shenzhen "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" Outline: Pilot data cross-border flow list management system.

The Outline of the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Shenzhen was released. It proposes to explore the establishment of a long-term mechanism for orderly cross-border flow of data in a secure manner, pilot the system of managing cross-border data flow lists, and cultivate and build trusted cross-border data spaces in areas such as finance, insurance, commerce, logistics, and carbon footprint management.
