The State Council Information Office held a press conference on the 2026 Global CEO Summit in Qingdao. Vice Minister of Commerce Yan Dong stated that we will strengthen full-cycle services and create a "new benchmark" for the business environment. We will implement a series of policies to encourage foreign-invested enterprises to reinvest domestically, fully implement national treatment for foreign-invested enterprises, and support foreign-invested enterprises equally in participating in activities such as boosting consumption, government procurement, and bidding. We will continue to hold roundtable meetings for foreign-invested enterprises, continuously update the list of key foreign-invested projects, and carry out activities to provide services and guarantees to foreign enterprises, making them willing to come, stay, and develop well.
