Hua Lin Securities: The controlling shareholder, Leye Group, has pledged a total of 641 million shares of the company.

On May 25th, Hualin Securities announced that the company had recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Liye Group Co., Ltd., informing them that it had pledged 1.173 billion shares of the company. The pledged shares account for 6.74% of Liye Group's total holdings and 4.34% of the company's total share capital. The pledge started on May 22, 2026, and will last until the date of release. The pledgee is China Agricultural Bank Shenzhen Central District Branch, and the pledged funds will be used for the company's own business development.
