The Uzbekistan Football Association recently announced a 30-man squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. According to the regulations, each participating team can register 26 players. Rustam Ilmattov, the first vice president of the Uzbekistan Football Association, stated that an additional four players have been included in this list as substitutes to deal with potential injuries, and the coaching staff will cut four players before the start of the World Cup.
