Hua Yang Corporation Announcement: The company plans to establish "Shanxi Huayang Group Xin Neng Co., Ltd. Yu Jiazhuang Mine Branch" at the Yu Jiazhuang mine in Shouyang County, Shanxi Province. The company obtained the mining rights for the Yu Jiazhuang wellfield in 2024, and the project has been included in the 2026 key projects of Shanxi Province and the coal mine approval reform pilot.
