According to the unified accounting results of Guangdong Province's regional GDP, Shenzhen's GDP in 2025 was 3873.18 billion yuan, an increase of 5.5% over the previous year. Among them, the value added of the primary industry increased by 2.804 billion yuan, a decrease of 4.5%; the value added of the secondary industry increased by 14.48254 trillion yuan, an increase of 4.1%; the value added of the tertiary industry increased by 24.22122 trillion yuan, an increase of 6.3%. The value added of the primary industry accounted for 0.1% of the total regional GDP, the value added of the secondary industry accounted for 37.4%, and the value added of the tertiary industry accounted for 62.5%. The per capita regional GDP for the whole year was 213763 yuan, an increase of 4.1% over the previous year. The total population at the end of the year was 18.2485 million, an increase of 259,000 over the previous year. Among them, the urban permanent population was 18.2096 million, accounting for 99.79% of the total permanent population. The annual consumer price index rose by 0.2% compared to the previous year.
