Yihe Holdings has agreed to acquire a Australian diagnostic imaging service provider in a deal worth $2.4 billion, strengthening the business layout of the enterprise group in the defensive medical and health industry. Yihe Holdings announced on Monday that the company will acquire I-MED Radiology Network from the private equity firm Permira in an all-cash transaction. The acquisition also includes the minority stake held by the diagnostic company in Harrison.ai. Harrison.ai develops radiology artificial intelligence solutions, including CT brain and chest scan analysis. I-MED operates 215 diagnostic imaging clinics in Australia and New Zealand, conducting over 7 million examinations for patients each year. The company also operates remote radiology services in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
