On Monday, the U.S. stock market was closed for Memorial Day. Trading of Brent crude oil futures contracts under the Intercontinental Exchange ended early at 01:30 Beijing time on the 26th. Trading of precious metals and U.S. crude oil futures contracts under the Chicago Mercantile Exchange was suspended at 02:30 Beijing time on the 26th, while stock index futures contracts were suspended at 01:00 Beijing time on the 26th. The Seoul Stock Exchange in South Korea was closed for Buddha's Birthday. Due to Buddha's Birthday, the Hong Kong stock market was closed for one day, with trading from the south and north being suspended. The London Stock Exchange was closed for one day for the Spring Bank Holiday.
