The announcement of Haitong Fund stated that, after deliberation and approval by the 14th interim meeting of the eighth board of directors of the company, there has been a change in the Chief Information Officer position. Tao Wangxiong resigned from his position on May 22, 2026, due to job adjustments and was transferred to a senior expert position. Ren Zhiqiang took office on the same day and concurrently served as the Chief Information Officer. Ren Zhiqiang joined Haitong Fund in June 2017 and had served as a director and general manager of the company, possessing the qualifications to engage in fund industry. The company will file with regulatory authorities in accordance with regulations.
