On May 22, global beer giant Heineken issued a statement on the latest developments in the selection process for its CEO, stating that the current CEO and Chairman of the Board, Dolf van den Brink, will officially end his term on May 31. The selection process for the new CEO is progressing smoothly and is expected to be completed in the short term. Until a successor to van den Brink is officially appointed, the company will maintain its current board structure. During this period, Chief Financial Officer Harold van den Broek will continue to serve as the sole member of the executive board, and the company is currently not considering appointing an interim CEO.
