Tenglong Corporation announced that its controlling shareholder Tenglong Technology Group Co., Ltd. and its concerted actors Jiang Xuezhen and Jiang Yilin collectively reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 5.67 million shares on May 22, 2026 through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.15% of the company's total share capital. Prior to the change in equity, the total shareholding ratio was 37.91%, which decreased to 36.76% after the change. This reduction of holdings is part of the previously disclosed reduction plan, which has not been fully implemented and will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
