BabyBus reduces capital by 74%

According to the Tianyancha App, recently, BabyBus Network Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with its registered capital decreasing from 44.9 million RMB to 11.56 million RMB, a decrease of approximately 74%. The company was established in February 2013, with Tang Guangyu as the legal representative. Its business scope includes software development, cartoon and game development, and digital cultural creative software development, and it is wholly owned by BabyBus Co., Ltd. It is worth mentioning that previously, its subsidiary Xuehai Shibei Technology Co., Ltd. also underwent a business change, with its registered capital decreasing from 10 million RMB to 1 million RMB.
