Lenovo Group: Fourth quarter revenue of $21.6 billion sets new record

In the morning of May 22, Lenovo Group announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that for the fiscal year 2025/26, the Group's annual revenue increased by 20% year-on-year, reaching a new high of $83.1 billion. After excluding one-time restructuring costs, non-cash fair value gains on stock warrants, nominal interest on convertible bonds, and other non-cash items, adjusted net profit attributable to equity holders increased by 42% year-on-year to $2 billion. In the fourth quarter, revenue reached a historical high of $21.6 billion, a 27% year-on-year increase, marking the highest growth rate in the past five years. Revenue from artificial intelligence-related products increased by 84% year-on-year, accounting for 38% of the Group's total revenue.
