First, all kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, vocational schools, technical schools, and various educational and training institutions in the city will suspend classes starting from the afternoon of the 20th. Second, all construction sites in the city will be suspended, and high-altitude workers and outdoor workers will immediately stop construction operations.
