Zhito Finance APP news, China Environment New Energy (01735.HK) announced that on May 19, 2026, Suzhou Heimian Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Suzhou Heimian) and its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary China Environment Low Carbon New Energy (Anhui) Group Co., Ltd. (China Environment Low Carbon) entered into a cooperation agreement. Under this agreement, the parties to the agreement (referred to as the parties to the agreement, collectively referred to as the parties to the agreement) intend to jointly develop perovskite/crystalline silicon tandem solar cell technology for space applications (such as satellites, space stations, and other spacecraft) through cooperation with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA). The parties to the agreement intend to establish a joint venture company (joint venture company) based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, and good faith as the vehicle for the project to promote the technological research and development, pilot testing, and subsequent industrialization of space photovoltaic products.
