Tsingtao Beer: Independent director Zhang Ran leaves due to personal work arrangements.

Qingdao Beer announced on May 20th that the Board of Directors received the resignation report from the independent director Zhang Ran on the same day. Due to personal work arrangements, Zhang Ran intends to resign from the position of independent director of the 11th Board of Directors and the relevant committees of the Board of Directors. Because his departure will result in vacancies in the positions of Chairman of the Audit and Internal Control Committee and accounting professionals among the independent directors, Zhang Ran will continue to fulfill his duties in accordance with relevant laws and regulations until a new independent director with accounting qualifications is elected at the shareholders' meeting. After Zhang Ran's departure, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
