Guanglian Airlines increased its capital to 3.3 billion, an increase of about 10%

According to the Tianyancha app, on May 19th, Guanglian Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with its registered capital increasing from about 300 million RMB to about 330 million RMB, an increase of approximately 10%. The company was established in February 2011, with Wang Zengduo as the legal representative. Its business scope includes leasing of self-owned properties, development of computer software and related technical services, manufacturing and maintenance of civil aircraft, among others. Wang Zengduo, Hong Kong Central Clearing Limited, Yu Gang are shareholders of the company.
