Zhongtong Express - Weidong Xu resigns as non-executive director.

ZTO Express-W announces that, due to the termination of the Investor Rights Agreement reached in June 2018 between the company, its founder, and some subsidiaries of Alibaba Group Holding Limited, Ms. Xu Di has resigned as a non-executive director of the company, effective from May 20, 2026.
