(hereinafter referred to as "the target company" or "Dongguan Yunhong") held by Yang Bo before this transaction. Dongguan Yunhong Mould Co., Ltd. was established on January 11, 2005, and is a manufacturer specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of core components for air-cooled and liquid-cooled heat dissipation and related thermal management products. The products are widely used in the field of consumer electronics.
