According to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, the subscribers have subscribed and the company has issued and distributed 6.48 million subscription shares at a price of 1.20 Hong Kong dollars per share. This is equivalent to approximately 20% of the company's existing issued share capital before completion, and approximately 16.7% of the company's issued share capital after the issuance and distribution of the subscription shares.
