Notice from Zhuhai Zhongfu: Zhongfu Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to purchase equipment such as chillers and air compressors from Guangzhou Lingjun Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. for production needs, to improve bottle preform production. The total contract price is 5.96 million RMB. Prior to this transaction, the company has accumulated approximately 18.03 million RMB in similar production equipment that has not met disclosure standards for twelve consecutive months. This transaction does not constitute a major asset restructuring and does not require shareholder approval.
