Zhito Finance APP News, Beijing Energy Clean Energy (00579.HK) announced that due to the expiration of the contract, Tianzhi International Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) will resign as the company's domestic auditor upon the expiration of its current term, effective at the end of the annual shareholders' meeting to be held on June 25, 2026. In order to comply with state-owned enterprise supervision regulations and applicable accounting standards, the company has invited bids for audit services and Zhongtong Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (Zhongtong) has been awarded the contract. Based on the bidding results and the recommendation of the Board's Audit Committee, the Board has resolved to appoint Zhongtong as the company's domestic auditor for the fiscal year 2026, with an audit fee of approximately 2.52 million RMB from the end of the annual shareholders' meeting until the end of the next annual shareholders' meeting.
