Shengda Resources: Jinshan Mining completes registration renewal of exploration rights.

Shengda Resources Announcement: The company recently received a notification from its wholly-owned subsidiary Inner Mongolia Jinshan Mining Co., Ltd. Jinshan Mining has completed the extension work of the exploration and mining rights of the peripheral silver mine in the western area of Ertaolegai Minefield, New Barag Right Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and has received the "Real Estate Right Certificate" and "Mineral Resources Exploration Permit" issued by Hulunbuir City Natural Resources Bureau. The company holds 100% equity in Jinshan Mining, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Jinshan Mining currently holds a "Mining License" with a production scale of 480,000 tons/year, a mining area of 10.0304 square kilometers, and its main products are gold and silver powder, silver ingots, and gold. Currently, it is actively carrying out the construction work of the underground mining project of 900,000 tons/year of silver ore in the III-IX mine section of Ertaolegai.
