Jiangxi Xinyu issues red rainstorm warning.

The meteorological observatory of Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province changed the red rainstorm warning signal at 18:36 on May 19, 2026: Currently, in Fenyi District and northern towns, more than 60 mm of precipitation has been recorded in the past 3 hours. The top three areas with precipitation are Xikeng Reservoir, Fenyi County Town, and Panxi Village. It is expected that precipitation will continue in the next 3 hours, accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunderstorms. Please be alert to the possibility of urban and rural waterlogging, small and medium-sized river floods, flash floods, geological disasters, and other secondary disasters that may be caused by heavy rainfall.
