Hainan Huatie announced on May 19th that as of the date of this announcement, the company has repurchased 13.33% of the shares of Zhejiang Heng Aluminum held by Dongyang Jintou in accordance with the agreement, and has already paid the full repurchase amount. This repurchase transaction has been successfully completed. Recently, Zhejiang Heng Aluminum has completed the industrial and commercial change registration and obtained the "Business License" approved and issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Market Regulation. After this industrial and commercial change is completed, the company directly holds 43.33% of the shares of Zhejiang Heng Aluminum, and the company's fully-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Ada Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. holds 56.67% of the shares of Zhejiang Heng Aluminum, making Zhejiang Heng Aluminum a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
