Tianyancha App shows that recently, Minmetals Central Asia South Asia Resources Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Jicheng as the legal representative. The registered capital is 500 million RMB, and the business scope includes non-coal mine mineral resource extraction, geological exploration of metal and non-metal mineral resources, construction engineering construction, etc. It is wholly owned by China Minmetals Group Co., Ltd.
